Excellent/Very Good

Clubs look virtually new with only slight signs of use. Clubs will be free of nicks or scratches and be free of gouges. No signs of rust or scars in the paint. Shafts should be clean with no scratches or abrasions and grips in very good condition.

Good

Clubs show signs of use with some slight ball marks and scratches on club's sole and face. Shafts may have some slight marks and abrasions. Logos should be in good shape and grooves should show little wear. Grips may be in slightly worn condition. No heavy pop up marks will be present.

Fair

Club shows signs of heavy use with a fair amount of gouges, chips in paint, and/or scratches. Clubs are still in good working order but may have pop-up marks on woods and hybrids. Shafts may be scratched and grips worn. Woods and hybrids with visable dents are not accepted.

NOTE: We highly recommend cleaning your clubs before shipment! You wouldn't take a messy and dirty car to the dealer for a trade in, would you? Cleaner clubs often get the benefit of the doubt if they fall between categories.

The following categories of clubs will no longer be accepted by Golfclubliquidators.com and are considered items of no value. Please do not send them as they will not receive credit and will not be returned:

Golf Equipment with engraving on the heads. (zero credit)
Dented or cracked woods including drivers and fairway woods. (zero credit)
All Pro-Line individual irons. (zero credit) Wedges, 1 & 2 Irons are still accepted
Individual "demo" irons regardless of brand and model. (zero credit)
Pro-Line models that are not listed in the Golfclubliquidators.com Club Quote System. (zero credit)

Broken Sets (zero credit): Golfclubliquidators.com considers sets missing an iron between the 5 thru PW a broken set.

Wedges: Only Sand Wedges, Gap Wedges / U Wedges and Lob Wedges will be accepted under the wedge category on our quote list.

Iron Club Quotes: Golfclubliquidators.com iron quotes are 8 piece set quotes, 3-PW, 4-PW & GW or 5-GW & SW sets are accepted. Please note that all 7 piece sets will receive 85% of our listed values. Six piece sets will receive 75% of our listed values. Seven and six piece set values will be edited at the time of receipt.

Headcovers & Weight Kits: Any wood or putter without a headcover will receive 90% of our listed value. Putters and Woods that were originally sold with Tool or Weight kits and that are sent to us without those items will receive 90% of the listed value.

Clubs sent in with grips that have a demo logo will receive 75% of our listed values.

Golfclubliquidators.com only accepts authentic equipment, any clubs sent to us that are found to be counterfeit's will be considered a zero credit value item and not returned.

Customers requesting company checks can expect checks to be post marked 1-2 days after clubs have been received and inspected.

UPS Labels created are of NO CHARGE to you. Golfclubliquidators.com will assume this cost.
